Le 07 mars dernier, s’est tenue la 1ère édition de l’Afterwork des Experts (D.E.A), une rencontre professionnelle réunissant acteurs du numérique et ceux des autres secteurs d’activités pour le développement de leurs carrières, leurs métiers ou leurs business.
Pour cette première, étaient présents Konnie Touré, Mme Jeanne Sissoko Zézé et Djide Yal Salim afin d’échanger avec les participants sur le thème : « Comment manager sa carrière ou ses affaires avec le web pour ne jamais échouer ».
Sous la modération de l’animatrice Necy N’Dri, Il a essentiellement été question d’e-reputation et de personal branding. Des termes abordés du point de vu des experts dont respectivement Djide Salim et Mme Zézé avec des définitions, des astuces, des guides et conseils. Puis le partage d’expérience de Konnie Touré, une personnalité publique qui a su tirer partie du web pour booster sa carrière.
Bien que les expressions « e-reputation » et « personal branding » peuvent paraître techniques, voire rebutant pour bien de gens, c’est avec des explications simples et des cas issues de leur vécu que les speakers du jour ont instruits les participants.
L’on a pu par exemple découvrir que l’e-reputation est simplement la réputation d’un individu sur internet (réseaux sociaux, sites web, blog…), à travers ce qu’il dit ou ce qui se dit de lui.
Pour la mesurer, chez DYS, groupe spécialisée dans le web, « nous utilisons un outil avancé et professionnel qui parcours tout le web pour faire ressortir les points forts et à améliorer de votre présence en ligne » a affirmé M. Djide son directeur général.
Toutefois, il est possible de commencer en saisissant son nom sur le moteur de recherche Google et par la suite analyser les résultats. L’e-reputation est très importante de nos jours car c’est ce que certains recruteurs vérifient avant de contacter un candidat pour un poste dans une entreprise. C’est aussi parfois le cas avant de signer un partenariat avec une entreprise, car l’e-reputation est aussi valable pour les personnes physiques que morales.
Mais ‘’nettoyer’’ sa réputation en ligne peut prendre du temps à moins de passer par une agence spécialisée. La méthode la plus accessible est de régulièrement publier du nouveau contenu qui va faire disparaitre l’ancien, dans les premiers résultats de recherche sur internet, quand votre nom ou celui de votre entreprise est saisi.
Quant au personal branding, l’experte Mme Jeanne Sissoko Zézé, directrice générale de Reflet Consulting le définit comme le fait de construire l’image d’une personne en s’appuyant sur ses aspirations personnelles, sociales ou professionnelles.
Pour elle, « Chaque personne et chaque entreprise est capable de révéler son identité et se démarquer. » Le personal branding est ainsi devenu essentiel à l’ère des réseaux sociaux où l’image est de plus en plus importante. Il faut savoir se faire connaitre, se différencier et influencer pour profiter des opportunités.
Cependant, il convient de faire attention à qui l’ont est réellement et l’image de soi que l’on veut refléter aux autres. Tout dépend de l’objectif recherché et aussi de sa fonction, son métier, son secteur d’activité…
A ce propos pour Konnie Touré animatrice radio/télé par ailleurs directrice générale de la maison de Production KonnieVence et égérie de marques, c’est justement le fait d’être soi-même qui est la clé de son succès. « Je pense que beaucoup de gens me suivent sur les réseaux sociaux pour ce que je suis, pour ma personnalité » a-t-elle révélé avant d’ajouter que l’autre ‘’secret’’ est de jouer la carte de la proximité avec sa communauté quand on est une personnalité publique. Par exemple « je n’appelle jamais ceux qui me suivent les fans, mais plutôt les amis ou la famille… car c’est réellement ce qu’ils représentent pour moi. »
Au-delà de l’apprentissage, L’Afterwork des Experts a permis aux participants de passer du bon temps dans l’espace d’Hollywood Boulevard d’Abidjan, 2 Plateaux Vallons et surtout de se faire de nouveaux contacts pour le développement de leurs affaires.
Rendez-vous est donné dans trois (3) mois avec un nouveau sujet et d’autres speakers.
Il est à rappeler que cette rencontre est une idée de Co.Pilote et Les Studios Zoé, deux entreprises évoluant dans le digital et le service.
